In case you are interested, here is the full Thomson article.  Sections 1+2 are not printed in Social Ethics.  In these sections she argues against the view that abortion is impermissible even when the mother's life is in danger.  You will only be able to view this link from a computer using a UW IP address.

Here is the full Marquis article.  Most of section 1 is not reprinted in Social Ethics.  You are not required to read it, but I think it might be worthwhile.  This section is especially relevant in thinking about the Warren piece.  You will only be able to view the article if you using a computer with a UW IP address.
